Can all devices be monitored on one application?

Each device can be monitored on the cloud software or application via a unique user-name.

Can different users be given different levels of access control?

Yes, every customer is given a master control and the master control can assign users with different levels of access.

Can multiple users login with the same username from a different location at the same time?

Yes, i:Track’s cloud software has the capability to enable multiple users at the same time.

Which GIS Maps are enabled on i:Track’s platform?

Users can monitor the exact location of their assets using Google Road Map with additional options of Google Satellite, Hybrid Maps and Open Street Maps.

Can reports be auto generated to the predefined email ID?

Users have the access to assign any report to autogenerate on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

In what format can the reports be downloaded from the application?

Reports can be downloaded in PDF format as well as in CSV format.

Can the reports directly be linked to my ERP software?

Users can directly download the data in csv format on the ERP software or alternatively direct raw data onto their servers.

How long is the data stored on i:Track’s servers?

The data is stored for 11 months.

What is the after sales service for the products?

i:Track has a PAN India service network based out of NCR, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Patna and Ranchi.

Helios

What is the Country of Origin of Helios?

The software and hardware are developed in Israel.

Does the installation of Helios affect the warranty of my vehicle?

No it does not. No wiring of the vehicle will be touched while installing the device. The device will be connected through the fuse box of the vehicle and will be secured via a plastic cap to avoid any wiring short circuit.

How do I monitor the data generated from the device?

Users can manage their fleet on i:Track’s online web software or the Olympia Tracking application.

Which type of advanced reports can be generated?

Users can generate various reports on working hours, mileage, stoppage times, route management, over speeding, perimeter entering/leaving, fuel consumption and other such personalised event reports. 

Can the reports directly be linked to my ERP software?

Users can directly download the data in csv format on their ERP software or alternatively direct raw data onto their servers.

Can all devices be managed on one application?

Our application enables users to track, protect and manage all assets on one platform.

Can real-time alerts be pre-defined according to my own requirements?

Users are enabled to set and define specific events upon which they are to be alerted.

If someone tries to tamper with the device, will I get an alert?

The device is equipped with an internal battery which will send an immediate alert on the mobile app if any of the wiring of the device is tampered with. 

Can I move and reinstall the device from one vehicle to another?

Users can call upon an i:Track engineer that will reinstall the GPS unit in an alternative vehicle at a very minimal cost.

Do I need to charge the battery of my device?

Helios comes with an optional lithium-ion Polymer internal battery of 3.75v and 550mAh capacity. Once the device is connected to the battery of the vehicle, the internal battery of Helios is gradually charged as the vehicle moves. 

Will the device consume battery if the vehicle is not in use for long?

If the vehicle ignition is off, the device goes into sleep mode and consumes minimal power.

How long is the data stored on i:Track’s server?

The data is stored for 11 months.

What should I do if I an issue with Helios?

Lokies

What is the Country of Origin of Lokies?

The software and hardware are developed in Israel using cutting edge Intel Atom E3800 processors.

Can Lokies be used worldwide?

Lokies can be used worldwide with the use of an international roaming SIM card.

Who can use Lokies?

Lokies can be used to maximise the security of high value assets, factories, warehouses, venues, refrigerated cargo, retail stores, storage, closed vehicles and personal homes.

What is the warranty on Lokies?

We offer a 3-year hardware warranty, higher than competitors offerings.

Does Lokies require a key?

No it does not require a key. Lokies can be accessed remotely through the mobile application or cloud software. 

Can I access Lokies using the GPRS on my mobile device?

Users can simply connect to the padlock using GPRS.

Can I access Lokies through Bluetooth?

In case you lose cellular network, Lokies is equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity and can be connected to nearby mobile devices and sensors.

Can multiple users access Lokies?

Multiple users can access Lokies. Each user is assigned a unique ID helps maintain access integrity. The level of access given to users can also vary and needs to be defined.

Can I review where, when and who accesses my lock?

Lokies keeps a full review log which enables users to see and be alerted on - where, when, by whom and for how long the padlock was opened. 

How do I charge Lokies?

Lokies comes with a 5V external power charger, whereas, the user can also purchase an external battery with a power charger.

How frequently do I need to charge Lokies?

The life of the battery is dependent upon the frequency of the communication from the device to the server. Lokies has an inbuilt battery of 3000mAh which can typically communicate for 130 days on a 6 hour interval. 

How can I boost the battery capacity of Lokies?

There is an optional external battery of 6000mAh available for purchase, which can be connected to the padlock in order to increase the backup power.

How long does Lokies take to charge completely?

The device needs to be charged for 4 to 6 hours to reach 100% battery level.

If Lokies is in use, how can I charge it?

Lokies can simply be charged using a power bank while functioning.

Is Lokies tamperproof?

Lokies comes with a revolutionary flexible shackle, a patented design, which detects any kind of breach and sends an immediate alert to the user.

What is the default size of the shackle on Lokies?

Lokies comes with a default metal shackle size of 50cm.

Can I order the shackle size according to my own requirements?

Customers can order shackle sizes varying from 50 cm to 450 cm length as per their requirement for an additional cost.

Lokies has the capabilities to connect with external sensors with Bluetooth and alert users in the case of irregularities such as a fire.Additionally, the padlock is of a explosive resistant grade.

It is an ideal solution for pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, industrial chemicals, consumer goods, perishable goods and cosmetics. 

Where is Tetis R installed?

Tetis R is installed on the door hinge of containers as it triggers an alert on the opening and closing of the container’s door. The device is portable and can be easily installed.

How long does it take to install Tetis R?

Tetis R is installed within less than a minute. Once the device is configured, users simply have to attach the device to the side of container door using its internal magnets.

What is the accuracy and range of temperature?

Accuracy for temperature measured by Tetis R is ±0.2°C and it can monitor temperature between the range of −45°C to +125°C.

How do I monitor the data generated from Tetis R?

Users can monitor their cargo on i:Track’s online cloud software or the Olympia Tracking mobile application.

Will Tetis R show the location if not in direct sight of the sky?

Yes, it will show the location via cellular triangulation. Whenever the GPS location is not available, the device will show the cellular location from a GSM tower.

Will I get an alert if the container/vehicle door is opened or closed?

Tetis R alerts users when the door of the container/vehicle is opened and closed.

Will I get an alert if there is unusual impact to a fragile shipment?

Tetis R has an inbuilt accelerometer which detects any impact more than the defined value. It triggers an alert as soon as device identifies irregularities.

How frequently do I need to charge the battery?

The life of the battery is dependent upon the frequency of the communication from the device to the server. The Tetis R can typically communicate for 280 days on a 6 hour interval.

Kylos has been approved by global airline regulation authorities and complies with the CAA in India. The cellular modem is deactivated during take-off and reactivated upon landing.

Kylos is an ideal solution for valuable shipments, portable assets and air cargo.

How and where is Kylos installed?

It does not need to be installed. The device is just placed with the goods.
