Kylos has been approved by global airline regulation authorities and complies with the CAA in India. The cellular modem is deactivated during take-off and reactivated upon landing.

How do I monitor the data generated from Kylos?
Users can monitor their shipment / air cargo on i:Track’s cloud software or the Olympia Tracking mobile application.
Which type of reports can I generate from the device?
Users can generate transmission reports for Kylos which suggest location, movement and temperature readings with the time stamp at a fixed interval.
Can real-time alerts be pre-defined according to my own requirements?
i:Track enables user to set and define specific events upon which you are to be alerted.
Can the reports directly be linked to my ERP software?
Users can directly download the data in csv format on their ERP software or alternatively direct raw data onto their servers.
Can I see the real-time location of my cargo?
Users can view the real-time location of the cargo at all times. In the case of Air Cargo, the device is automatically turned off during take off and turned on upon landing.
Will Kylos show the location if not in direct sight of the sky?
Yes, it will show the location via cellular triangulation. Whenever the GPS location is not available, the device will show the cellular location from a GSM tower.
How frequently do I need to charge the battery?
The life of the battery is dependent upon the frequency of the communication from the device to the server. Kylos can typically communicate for 210 days on a 6 hour interval.
How long is the data stored on i:Track’s servers?
The data is stored for 11 months.
What should I do if I face an issue with Kylos?
